For families seeking assistance following a displacement due to Hurricane Harvey
As good stewards of the funds that have been entrusted to us, we request that anyone interested in receiving assistance, please call (713) 692-3281. Be prepared to provide the following information:
*Name, Address, a working telephone #
*Minimum of (1) paragraph describing your need, and how it is related to being displaced during Hurricane Harvey
*A valid form of identification, with current address
*(Rent/Utility or Shelter relief only) Copy of the rent or utility statement from your landlord that contains the address and phone number of the rental company/manager
The availability of funds is limited by the number of donations we receive. Helmers Street Baptist Church and its members reserve the right to approve or reject a request at their discretion.
